Oxford has performed a wide range of new construction, design-build, and sustainment, repair and modernization (SRM) projects for commercial and government agencies ranging to $82 million. In addition, through several Multiple-Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) and numerous individual contracts, Oxford has managed 28 design-build and design-bid-build Task Orders valued at over $90 million for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District, at multiple military bases throughout Israel.
Oxford delivered this $81.2 million, 179-unit premier condominium tower and parking structure ahead of schedule and within budget. We received all Exceptional ratings, in part for minimizing disruption to the tenants of two adjacent occupied towers
Oxford constructed two 3-story structures made of reinforced concrete. Each building is approximately 1,850 square meters. Project cost: $10.7 million.
Oxford’s repair and modernization included replacement of chillers, pumps, piping, electrical and building controls at Building T. We also replaced electrical and communication systems, and constructed a new structure for high and low voltage electrical systems at Building H.
Oxford received Outstanding ratings and was referred for future work for our $3.4 million repair and repaving of Ovda Central Runways and Taxiway Renovations, Ramon Taxiway F Renovation, and Tel Nof Western Taxiway Renovation.
Oxford constructed a $7.7 million, one story academic training facility with five wings and internal courtyards.
Oxford completed a $4.5 million Task Order consisting of a new company quarters, the addition of a second floor to an existing building and the refurbishment of the central HVAC system.
Oxford delivered a $7 million D-B interior renovation of four historic buildings into an 18,500 square foot, 23 room hotel. Oxford was able to quickly redesign the project when the budget was reduced from $11.5 million to $7 million.
Oxford minimized disruption to ongoing operations in an occupied facility while constructing a new 5th story of an existing building and build-out of a 6,000 square meter basement floor. Included crane and monorail crane conveyance systems. Cost: $28 million.
Oxford performed a $7.8 million D-B project for two 3-story dormitory buildings, an administration power station and a “green” HVAC system.
Oxford completed a $3.9 million Task Order to construct a 450 square meter structure at Palmachim AFB, and a logistics building and a transformer room at Tel Nof AFB.
Oxford completed a $3.2 million project to construct a 520 square meter maintenance building, including offices and a workshop area.
